Overseas Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
1.Achieve sales targets in overseas markets.
2.Closely monitor external developments in international markets, identify new market demands, provide relevant market insights for strategic decision-making, and regularly report on market development and sales progress.
3.Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, deliver high-quality solutions and technical support, and conduct customer evaluation and analysis.
4.Execute new product promotions and implement related policies.
5.Manage all pre-sales follow-ups and post-sales customer relationship maintenance for assigned industries and clients.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above. Outstanding candidates from all academic backgrounds are welcome. Must have CET-6 certification or equivalent English proficiency for daily work communication. Proficiency in Portuguese (for South American markets) is preferred.
2.Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience. Experience in selling chemical industry additives is highly desirable.
3.Strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service awareness, and self-driven motivation for continuous client development.
4.Exceptional communication skills, keen insight, strong learning ability, resilience under pressure, and results-oriented mindset.
5.Good team spirit and high level of execution.
Note: Experience in international business travel and fluency in English as a working language are required.
