The three-day Chinacoat exhibition in Shanghai has concluded successfully! This edition brought together over a thousand companies and hundreds of thousands of industry professionals from around the globe to explore new opportunities in the coatings industry. Crerax presented its core microsphere technologies and solutions, drawing consistently high traffic with its strong technical expertise, marking a perfect close to the event.

01 Crerax Pre-expanded Microspheres
With core advantages such as lightweight, low shrinkage, and high dispersibility, Crerax pre-expanded microspheres were a spotlight product at the exhibition. Featuring a hollow internal structure, they significantly reduce coating density when added to coating systems, enabling substrate lightweighting while providing excellent sound and thermal insulation—effectively enhancing the added value of coatings.
Key Applications:
Thermal insulation coatings: Used in wall insulation coatings to reduce the weight and thermal conductivity of intermediate layers, improving thermal insulation performance, along with excellent bond strength and crack resistance.
Acoustic mortar: Delivers outstanding sound insulation in acoustic mortar, achieving 32 dB noise reduction at 1 cm thickness.
Multicolor paint: Adds unique three-dimensional texture effects, reduces material density, and improves anti-settling properties.

02 Crerax Multifunctional Microspheres
Crerax multifunctional microspheres offer a customized microsphere solution. Among them, the PMMA polymer solid microsphere product provides uniformly ultra-small customizable particle sizes and excellent scratch resistance, delivering innovative green performance-enhancing solutions for high-end coatings and other fields.
Key Applications:
Art paint coatings: Imparts rich texture and high-quality matte effects.
Wood coatings: Provides coatings with superior scratch resistance and a matte finish, enhancing wear resistance and hardness, and extending the service life of wood.
